Tamara has over 20 years experience in the recruitment industry - labour hire, contract opportunities, permanent employment and executive search. She has supplied a broad scope of personnel across many industries including: Construction, Mining, Aviation, Rail, Engineering, Agriculture, ICT and Government Roles placed include but not limited too : Electrical and Mechanical Trades, General Labour and Trades Assistants, Plant Operators, Engineers (Electrical, Mechanical and Civil) , Project Managers, Business Analyst, Change Managers, OH&S, Administration, Accounting and Finance.
Tamara has a strong understanding of client requirements when it comes to ensuring the correct person fit for the job role and the organisation.

David maintains membership with the Institute of Management Consultants Australia (IMCA) and was a founding member of the NAPC (National Association of Personnel Consultants, now the Recruiting, Consulting and Services Australia (RCSA).

Glenn has over 15 years experience at senior level HSEQ and Operations Manager level working on some of WA`s biggest projects including Wheatstone, Pluto and Gorgon.
He is highly respected by all and his experience as well as his assured nature have made him high on a lot of projects wish list as their HSEQ Lead or Operations Lead.
Not only does Glenn look after our HSEQ he can often be found helping out our valued clients in project related work, manpower, machinery, logistics costings. This can be through outsourcing to Aurora or engaging Glenn for a fixed term contract.
He has an Advanced Diploma in Health and Safety, Diploma in Quality and Auditing, Cert IV Trainer and Assessor and holds all of the related tickets to work on site and offshore as required.
